Tonight's game against Hereford Pegasus was abandoned by Referee Samuel Lomas with 26 minutes on the clock in the first half.
Slimbridge were two goals to the good at that point - Marley Thomas chased down a back pass in the fifth minute, and Pegasus Keeper Matt Gwynne saw his attempted clearance rebound off the Swans' striker into the net.
With twelve minutes gone, the lead was doubled - Thomas was again instrumental, chasing down a through ball, and seeing his effort ricochet off Gwynne and enable Theo Clayson to walk the ball into the empty net.
Sadly for the home side, with conditions worsening, the Referee called an end to proceedings just after the halfway point of the half, and the game will need to be replayed. A new date will be announced when agreed between the two clubs.
